Week 1 Meal Plan

Here is what my first week's meal plan looks like. I hopefully have everything organized correctly. I still need to assign the workouts to specific days once I watch a few of them. I downloaded this Excel spreadsheet from the website listed on the bottom of the picture. 

It is color coordinated for the containers. The gray font corresponds with teaspoons and the black bold font corresponds with free foods. "WG" means "whole-grain."
